PM Modi Holds Back To Back Rallies in Karnataka. Hits Congress

Prime Minister Narendra Modi held four rallies in Karnataka on Sunday (April 28). During this period, PM Modi fiercely targeted Congress, Rahul Gandhi and INDIA Alliance. Modi has cornered Rahul Gandhi over a statement he made regarding kings, emperors and Rajputs.

He said, "The princes of Congress do not remember the contributions of our kings and emperors. They dare to speak against the kings and emperors for the sake of vote bank politics. They do not have the strength to say a word against the Nawabs, Badshahs and Sultans"

Congress has also retaliated on this statement of PM. Congress said that PM Modi 'maliciously distorts' everything Rahul Gandhi says to incite communal prejudices and sentiments.

On Sunday, PM Modi addressed back-to-back public meetings in Belagavi, Sirsi, Davangere and Hospete in Karnataka. His first rally was held in Belagavi. Modi once again mentioned inheritance tax in his speeches. He also cornered the Siddaramaiah government in Karnataka on the issues of law and order, corruption and development.

Responding to PM Modi's attacks, Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh said, "The Prime Minister has gone far beyond despair and hopelessness."

"His election campaign speeches are really shameful," Jairam Ramesh said in his post on microblogging site. Congress alleged that the secret behind BJP's 'cross 400' slogan is that they will try to end reservation this time.

A video of Rahul Gandhi was posted on social media platform X. The video is said to be from Bellary, Karnataka. BJP has also shared the video of this speech on X platform. In this, Rahul Gandhi can be heard saying - "It was the rule of the kings and emperors, they used to do whatever they wanted. If someone's land was needed, they used to take it away. The Congress Party and our workers used to protect the country."

"Together with the people, we achieved independence, brought democracy and got the Constitution for the country." PM Modi targeted Rahul Gandhi and Congress regarding this statement.

PM Modi alleged that Congress is eyeing women's 'Stree Dhan'. He said, "We are working to empower the women, farmers, youth and poor of the country. On the other hand, Congress is 'X-raying' your property, your gold, Stree Dhan, Mangalsutra and what not. Congress aims to raid your houses and snatch your rights and properties."

PM Modi said, "Congress talks about distributing your property among its favorite vote bank. Would you like to give your hard-earned money to someone? Will you give your Mangalsutra to Congress? Will you allow any 'claw' to loot your property? This will not happen as long as Modi is there."
