Rahul Gandhi Holds Campaign In Odisha. Hits 'CM Naveen Patnaik- PM Modi' Alliance

Congress MP Rahul Gandhi reached Odisha on Sunday. Addressing a rally in Kendrapara, he said- There is an alliance between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik. PM Modi ran a government of 22-25 billionaires at the Centre. Naveen Babu is doing the same work in Odisha.

Rahul said- A handful of people get the entire benefit from this and the rest of the public keeps watching. There was a marriage between BJP and BRS in Telangana. Every day his marriage procession used to take place there and there was drama. Congress party showed in Telangana that BJP and BRS are one and if any opposition work is being done then it is being done by the Congress party.

"The situation is similar in Odisha also. The marriage of BJP-BJD has taken place in Odisha. 'Dilliwale Uncle' and Naveen Babu have given 'PAANN' to the people of Odisha in this marriage. PAANN means... PA- Pandian (IAS officer close to Naveen Patnaik), A- Amit Shah, N- Narendra Modi, N- Naveen Patnaik. Together they have looted your money" said Rahul Gandhi.

He said- Rs 2,000 per month to women in Odisha, Rs 3,000 per month to unemployed youth, 200 units of free electricity, gas cylinder for Rs 500 and Rs 3,000/quintal for paddy.

Assembly elections are also to be held along with Lok Sabha elections in Odisha. There are 21 Lok Sabha seats for which elections will be held in the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh phases on 13 May, 20 May, 25 May, 1 June. Voting for 147 assembly seats in the state will take place between May 13 and June 1. The results of both the elections will come on June 4.
